We serve rare and seasonal Arctic harvests — reindeer, lamb, fish, seaweed, berries, and herbs — prepared in a plain and straightforward way, allowing the ingredient itself to speak.
The goal is simple:
to let our guests taste the true character of the Arctic — shaped by cold water, long winters, wind, and light.
This is slow tasting, served from a food truck.
